Wilson Language Reading Program- Used with students that are weak in phonological awareness. Wilson Language is used as a Tier 3 RTI (Response to Intervention) in schools in the Northeast. However, this multi-sensory, research-based program is unique to our area. The steps of the program are broken down into micro-units, and the students determine the pace of their program. Skills must be mastered prior to moving to the next sub-step. Comprehension skills, fluency, spelling, sight words, and vocabulary are included in every lesson.
